What happens if my landed cost results are wrong or inaccurate?
We realize with tariff policy changes occurring in real time that results may not prove accurate in rare circumstances. If you believe the results to be wrong or inaccurate, please contact us to fix the error and recredit your account.

How many country tariffs are offered?
We offer nearly 200 country tariffs for all countries around the globe. Landed cost can be calculated for goods originating in any export country for destination to any import country.

How often is your tariff data updated?
Our system updates dynamically every 24 hours. As tariff policy changes, you can be assured that the most recent duty % or exemptions are factored into your landed cost calculations.

Do you guarantee the accuracy of your landed cost calculation?
Our calculation is made using proprietary Ai algorithms and specific interconnected data networks. We are always adding new tax calculations to the application to ensure you have the most recent and updated information to assist in your decision making. This includes section 99 special tariff provisions, excise tax, VAT, Harbor Maintenance Fees, and Manufacturer Processing Fees, as well as applicable specific commodity fees, among others. Calculating Landed cost is an estimate, with full authority residing with the decision of the destination country Customs Administration. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.
